Well it’s been dead ’round here, I’ve been procrastinating, so here’s something new. A song I wrote, off of my first album. It’s called “Temple Grounds.” It’s one of my favorites because it, too, is deliciously dark and evil. And about my book in progress (more like in brainstorming), has been on my mind. I’ve just never sat down and seriously forced myself to work on it more. But, again, here’s the summary. Read after the jump.
The Shards of Destruction
Long ago, a God whom ruled over a galaxy, named Cirphxerxeculu, was driven into madness. After the other Gods brought upon him his destruction, his pieces fell down to the land below, called Astemea. There, the force remaining in these shards brought calamity to the land and unknowing of this, the inhabitants lived on despite their sufferings.
Four friends assembled upon discovering that a man named Redgemoux and his group, The Sevists, desired to obtain these pieces and use their powers to not only control the world, but for a deeper unknown reason. This being a great risk since the shards are highly unstable to begin with…
Join Mortisha, Ophelia, Ryus, and Blaine, a brave team of friends as they determine to destroy the shards before the Sevists get their hands on them. Journey through the historical and lush land of Astemea to uncover the truths, the myths, and the dangers conceived from the shards of a God long ago, the shards of destruction.

One word of advice, Brady: put the player after “Read More” in your post for the bandwidth challenged among us like Tot and maybe Rachel, that way the front page doesn’t take forever to load for them. Great music, by the way.
